The hotel was a good stay all around. My two complaints I would have is the check in line arriving to the hotel was terribly long. It took about 35-40mins to just check im . As well as room service came once out of 3 day stay. We also had to ask for washcloths/towels several times.

I have stayed here a few times and always enjoy it. Air is cold, bed is clean, and it’s convenient. The water park is fun for an extra 20$ and it has a tiki bar.

"Needed hotel room cleaned more than once as towels never dry in humid Orlando. Room is quite basic and lighting poor/AC unit loud. Best part is the breakfast and pools/outdoor spaces and proximity to the conference center"
