“This was a last-minute getaway for us. The cottage was a great escape. The host provided amazing amenities. The cottage decor was very thoughtful. The location was quiet yet just five minutes from everything in Round Top. And the view of sunrise and mist on the pasture was a beautiful bonus!”

“The home was beautiful and comfortable. It was very clean and spacious. Only complaint is when you view the home on VRBO it doesn’t say that the train runs right in front of the house. The train runs every 30min and is very loud. We had older people with us and they hardly slept. I finally was able to go deeper and find out about the train, but it needs to be posted on the main page. Sorry wearing ear plugs didn’t help either. ”

“Absolutely beautiful! Everything about this property was perfect. We were able to cook all our meals at the house, with no issues, because the kitchen was well stocked with any item we needed. The two bedrooms have great mattresses and we all slept well. The home was also decorated like a magazine, and the view from the house was so serene and peaceful that we didn’t want to leave. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home!”

“The cottage was perfect for our needs for 1 night stay for softball tournament! It was very conveniently located to the fields we were playing and had all amenities that a hotel would have. We felt safe, beds were comfortable & staff was very friendly! The place was definitely clean, but gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there were some insects (small spiders) in the shower that freaked my girls out. “We enjoyed the well appointed cabin. Had everything we needed: fridge, stove, microwave. The small space worked well. Also enjoyed the property including the view of the pond and the nice pool. The Host’s instructions were great and their responsiveness was on point. Great location for Round Top, Bellville, Brenham, LaGrange.”

“It's such a charming cottage and was perfect for us to just get away and chill. Very nicely furnished and decorated. The sofa and bed were quite comfy, something u don't always get. Washer/Dryer helped us pack fewer clothes. Owner was great, very communicative, accommodating and helpful with food suggestions. We loved the porch and spent every morning and evening there. Would 100% return.”
