He showed us some really cool fishing spots, encouraged us to have an amazing time and was just overall so accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be back and book with sea and sand cottages. The cottage was very clean, we loved the decor, and the beds were very comfy and perfect for a family of 4. Overall just a wonderful experience and so close to the beach...

“We had a lovely time here! Wish we could have stayed longer! The only thing I would advise is that the beach is .1 miles away ...as the seagull flies...by foot or car is closer to .25 miles. Not a big deal. Anyway, Ann and Rebecca stayed in close contact with me, by text and phone, throughout our trip. “Great little house just a short walk from the beach. Based on a prior review, we took our own grill. It would be nice to have one. Also based on a prior review, we took our own drinking water. It is an island, so go prepared. It’s not too busy on this section of the beach compared to others. Our granddaughter appreciated the short walk to the beach. We did take our own beach cart, but there was one there. The neighbors were friendly and the area is quiet. Overall a great stay.”

“This place was perfect!! We rented it for 2 nights to celebrate our 21st anniversary. Close proximity to Lake Livingston State Park and Livingston. We also visited the Johnsons Rock Shop in Indian Springs East of Livingston. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quite. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning, see squirrels playing and enjoy the beautiful lake view. We did not fish or build a fire as it was a drizzly weekend but we very much enjoyed the stay.
