“cozy, comfortable condo with a great view. Fully stocked, nice beds, great shower and great communication with the owner/manager. ”

“Great location away from the crowds in town, but close enough to be there within minutes. Beautiful view of Lake Estes! Fully stocked kitchen. Older home but fresh new carpet, and the view more than made up for it.”

“Perfect place for my family of 5 to enjoy Rocky Mountain National Park. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, with easy access to the park and also downtown Estes Park.”

“Great place to stay for anything in Estes Park. Very clean house with hot tub . Need to drive to get anywhere, but that's expected. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay there again.”

“House was nicely stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. House was clean and comfortable for our family of 6. It was nice to have outdoor space to hang out during nice weather. It was close to shopping, restaurants and RMNP! Had a fabulous time!!!”

“Can’t recommend this property enough! Walking distance to downtown alone is priceless- so many shops and restaurants and things to see, but parking downtown gets tough! House was immaculate - very well stocked, owner was communicative leading up to and during our stay. Check in was a breeze and we instantly felt like we were “at home”. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels and anything else we could have needed, including recommendations on places to eat and things to do! Book now!”

“Such a lovely property! AC worked great too.”

“We had a wonderful time. Very close to town and Rocky Mountain national park. Beautiful views.”

“Very close to downtown I had 3 teenagers with me and they were able to walk down anytime to shop or get coffee. Still very close to both RMNP entrances also. The house was stocked with everything we needed.”

“Would absolutely return here! The property was tucked away with amazing views of the mountains but within a ten minute drive of restaurants and shops. So, perfect location. The house has a hot tub that we took full advantage of and was easy to use. The entire place was very clean, spacious and comfortable, and well stocked with all the amenities.”

“We love staying at this home! It is easy to get to Safeway, the Park and downtown Estes. The home is very clean and organized. Grandkids love the game room and you can see the deer, wild turkeys and other wildlife. Violet is outstanding host! Very helpful if you have questions and gets back to you quickly. This is a 10 again on a return visit and we will be back!Great time!Kathy B”

“Our stay was everything exactly as listed on the site, including the breathtaking mountain views! Communication with Trent was excellent throughout our entire stay, and the whole process was seamless. He even did a fantastic job helping us rearrange some of our dates due to unforeseen circumstances. It was an excellent experience all the way around, and we can’t wait to be back in the near future!”

“What a great week with my pup staying here! Easily the best hosts I’ve ever encountered with excellent and helpful communication/tips/friendliness. The place is tidy, the kitchen, bath, and bedroom setups are thoughtful maximizing space and utility. The location is perfect and close to everything in Estes Park. Most short term rentals get by with the cheapest bed, kitchen, bathroom accessories that sacrifice comfort, but not here. Very impressed, and hope to stay here again in the future!”

“We were in Estes Park for our son‘s wedding and needed a great house with several rooms and a great view. This hit the nail on the head. Everything about the house was perfect for what we needed, the host was very communicative. Such a lovely place that we will return to.”

“Lots of space and great location”

“This home was perfect for our group. Each family had their own room and bathroom. The location was convenient as it was very close to all of the things we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Great location. Close to everything we wanted to see and do. Host included all info needed in communications and notebook in house. Appreciated the use of the garage.”
