“Reception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they don’t let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack...

“We've stayed several times, it's a nice hotel. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, don't hear much from hallways or other rooms. Breakfast is good, with cold options (pastries, toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs). ”
