New Years Getaway
This house is a gem!!! It is absolutely beautiful inside and out. It has everything you need for a family get away. They have thought of everything. We loved our stay and definitely will be bringing our family back to this amazing house. The host was AMAZING to work with.

Perfect Getaway!
I stayed here with 4 of my other family members during the Erie harvest wine trail. The house was very clean and tidy, and the view of the water was beautiful! Debra provided a few different games and cards to keep us entertained which was great! She was very quick with communication too! Overall we had a wonderful time, and would definitely return to stay here again.

Great Vacation
This was our second year staying at the Lake house and everything was fantastic from check-in to checkout. We highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a family getaway! Everything is provided in the home and you are so close to all the amenities that Bemus Point has to offer.

Lake Home
We had a very enjoyable stay at the Bridlepath lake house. The property has been updated and is very nice. There is plenty of space in the house as well as a wonderful front yard that is directly on the lake. The house is also within walking distance to all the activities in Bemus Point

Property is perfectly located. Plenty of yard for games. Beach for our 2 year old to play in sand. Sturdy and wide dock felt very safe for our toddler and the grandparents to get on/ off/ to boat. Short walk to Bemus point; sidewalks the entire way! Teens could walk to cafe by themselves. Took small children for ice cream and to park/ playground often. Rental was nicely decorated and homie. Clean with most cooking and dining ware. Already booked for next year!

Great family 4th of July week
This house is spacious. With beautiful landscaping and outdoor seating areas as well. Not to mention a huge dock where two family members could park their boats. And a perfect setting on dock to watch the sunsets. This house is well organized and clean. The kitchen had odd size pots and pans, but we made do. The outdoor grill on the patio was fabulous. The only minor set back to me was the drive down the road to get to the house. It's a long Stone road with lots of potholes, hence the five miles per hour drive restriction. However the rental was very close to downtown Bemis and we could walk there for ice cream and other goodies and food. I highly recommend this rental!

This property was everything our family was looking for. Plenty of room for parking cars and 2 boat trailers. Very comfortable layout, great yard and nice beach area for children. Its everything the description says it is.

Reunion
We had a wonderful stay in this cottage by the lake. It worked out perfectly for our group of couples. There was a nice size kitchen, a good size table for meals, and two living rooms. Much attention was given to detail. Debra was easy to contact and very nice. There were several welcoming places to sit outside and we also enjoyed a few short walks into downtown Bemus Point. All in all it was a great cottage for our reunion.

Amazing House
This was the best house I have stayed in at Chautauqua Lake. It was very clean and well furnished and nice appliances. Plenty of space for the 8 people staying, large yard and great view of the lake. Very nice boat dock and close to the boat launch. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Wonderful place to stay
The house, grounds and location were all wonderful. As other guests noted, the house is much bigger than expected with 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 living areas, screened in porch, front and back patios...lots of room to spread out. Very clean and well maintained with lovely touches both inside and outside. Loved that we could walk to Bemus Point Village. Thanks for such a nice stay, Debra!

Wonderful weekend
We loved staying at your wonderful home. It had everything we needed. It was a peaceful and beautiful weekend. I love how close your home is to town. It is also wonderful to have the two sitting areas to use. We enjoyed time on your deck and also sitting on the private dock. Great winter get away
The Bridle Path home was an excellent winter get away. The home was built in 1930 but is fully updated with many special touches. There was plenty of space for out group of 8. We had four (4) octogenarians who were thankful for no stairs to contend with. The two separate living area's allowed the the readers and television watcher to have their own space. The location is an easy walk to Bemus Point and the street was very quiet.

Perfect for young kids
We had 3 families with 6 kids from 11 months to 8 yrs old. This place couldn’t have been better laid out for us! There are 2 living rooms on each end of the house so if anyone needs quiet time, it’s an easy escape. There are 2 beautiful doors that close off the bedrooms from the kitchen/living room that made it easy for us to put the kids to bed and have adult time! Everything was PERFECTLY thought out and organized for guests. We took our kids 25 min away to Peak and Peak to swim a few hours! I cannot wait to go back!

Could not have been better!
Bridle Path is top notch! As detailed and great as the photos and description are it somehow doesn't do it justice. The property is gorgeous, the home is equipped with everything you need! It's beautifully decorated and has the greatest 'vibe'! Even on cloudy days, the natural light is amazing! Plenty of space, beautiful bedrooms, comfortable beds, quality linens, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, games, etc etc. They truly thought of everything. Communications from Deb were exceptional. Five stars is not nearly enough.

We had a great weekend visiting the wineries and this property was the perfect place to come back to at the end of the day. It was clean and cozy. Debra was wonderful to work with. Very welcoming in her communications with many suggestions for local activities and places to dine. The home itself was SO comfortable and even better than the pictures. Debra provided every little thing you can imagine to make our stay perfect. It was even decorated for Thanksgiving! Perfect Fall Getaway
We spent a long Fall weekend (10/27-10/30) at this beautiful Lake House and we had an absolutely wonderful time! The house was immaculate when we arrived and came as advertised. Our family enjoyed venturing in to town and spending time on the Lake with the kayaks that were provided. Debra, the host, was friendly and responsive. Perfect Girlfriend Getaway
We had a group of eight women for a reunion weekend, and we loved this house! From communicating with Debra to the clear check-out instructions, this property was delightful. Debra emailed me back with very detailed information about the house, the area, check-in, etc., and she was a very kind host. The house was as pictured, with beautiful views of the lake, a great kitchen for gathering and heating all the food we brought, a large dining table for all of us, and plenty of room for comfortable sleeping arrangements. The house heated up beautifully, it was a chilly weekend; the refrigerator was plenty big for all the food we brought, and there were plenty of glasses and dishes, etc. The entry patio was a great spot to store coolers. Easy parking. And simply gorgeous! We walked around Bemus Point, explored the Comedy Museums in Jamestown, explored the Chautauqua Institute, hit the Southern Tier Brewery and Distillery, but stayed in for all of our meals because this place was so conducive to cocktailing and eating and talking and just plain hanging out with people you love. There's a good chance we'll return in the future~ thank you, Debra, so very much!

Celebrating our mother’s 80th birthday
Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property for our mother’s birthday. She was so thrilled and happy to be at this lovely lake house with her children and grandchildren. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The size of the yard was great to play games and we enjoyed using the kayaks. Perfect location near bemus point. Great home to experience lake life
This home is located as the end of the path, so you have no traffic and it's so private. With all of the outdoor spaces, you have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy time together or alone. The kitchen, living/dining area, and family room are again great spaces to be together or get some quite time. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom/bedrooms had great options for storage when traveling with a group. One of our family members has accessibility issues and is blind, but this house worked perfect for her. We were even able to use her wheelchair to take her to the dock and push onto the boat. We all had an amazing time and we will be back again. Bemus Point is a really cool town, live music, good food, and visited some breweries and distilleries. We enjoyed some beautiful sunsets, as well. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Deb, and that was really nice. We learned the history of the home and appreciated all of the love they put into making this home feel like 'home' while visiting. Thank you for sharing!

Beautiful Family Trip
For the second year, my family has met up at this beautiful home for our lake week. The house conveniently separates sleeping quarters from the main areas. The yard is enormous. And the cousins get to reconnect while the adults are relaxing! It’s the best. Boat rentals nearby meant we put the dock to use this year for multiple purposes. The kids also like fishing from it!

Great Vacation on the Lake
My family stayed the the home on Bridal Path and it did not disappoint! Everything was well well stocked and provided. It was great being so close to all the amenities Bemus Point had to offer. The new dock was also great for fishing. We will definitely be back to stay next year!
