“First room had non working television and they asked if we could just deal with it, which we didn’t so we were moved to another room. The pool and sauna (our main reason for booking), has been closed for two months and not advertised as such on Expedia. They said they have told Expedia for the length of the two months that it’s been closed. So room was decent but pool and hot tub being closed and not disclosed was very disheartening. ”
