“Great hotel with pub and restaurant, in a tudor building from the 1700s. The staff were excellent, super friendly and gave me a lot of information about the area, things to do. Only drawback is that due to the age of the building there was a bit of noise from other rooms”

Första dagen av tre skulle receptionen tydligen meddelat restaurangen om att jag hade beställt och betalat frukost för två dagar. Detta gjorde att det blev mindre kaos vid frukosten när restaurangen inte fått information. Tredje dagen var jag tvungen att lämna tidigt pga tidigt flyg så därför var det inte aktuellt med frukost på hotellet.

“The staff were really friendly and lovely and the stay was so value for money with breakfast included. The bed was also quite comfy and the room was nice and warm. The decor is a little outdated but that doesn't affect the stay at all. The pub was decent and although we didnt try the food, the menu looked great.”

"it wasnt the greatest hotel experience. Room was comfortable, large size, comfortable bed. Temperature was quite cold in the room, and there were areas in the room that were not cleaned properly. The biggest disappointment for me was the food, I had dinner there the first time which was very average, and breakfast next morning was minimal and basic, not a hotel breakfast at all. i won't be back."
