“We had a lovely time on our stay. My husband and I meet up with my cousin and her husband just to spend some time together. It’s half way for both of us (we’re from Ohio and they’re from Iowa). It’s a nice open concept, the place is very clean and they have everything you need.We spent almost all of our time around the kitchen table so I can’t attest to the TV; we never turned it on. But I don’t think the furniture would be comfortable enough to sit on through a movie.It’s a good location...

“My friends and I stayed here for a hot weekend. We loved the location, the cleanliness and the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and serving platters. We emailed about the back screen door losing its screening and they got right back to us and offered to come out and fix it but we told them to do it after we left so I think they are on the maintenance. ”

“Our stay was wonderful - we had two families of 4 with kids ages 1-4 years old. Our favorite amenity was the heated outdoor shower that we used daily to rinse the sand off the kids and all their gear before entering the house. The private beach access and proximity to new Buffalo restaurants was our reason for booking and we will most likely be back next year. ”

“Patty’s cottage was EXACTLY what we were hoping for. The cottage was exceptionally clean, comfortable and cozy. The perfect size for traveling with 2 teens- enough space to spread out, but close enough to gather for meals in kitchen and s’mores in the beautiful and magical garden. Close to the beach and in a lovely walking neighborhood. Highly recommend!”
