“I needed a clean, inexpensive hotel to use as a base for activities at beaver lake. This hotel fit that need perfectly. My stay was great! The room was very clean. There is restaurant and pub in front of the hotel, if you tell them you are staying at Edelweiss you get a 10% discount. The bed was nice and comfortable, the pillows were nothing to write home about, but few hotel pillows are. The owner was friendly, as were the guests I met. I stayed in the back part of the hotel. “The outdoor pool and fire pit are nice and added to our enjoyment. My only suggestion would be to replace the security light at the fire pit area with low-key solar or tiki lighting because the bright light wrecks the mood. ”
