“We arrived June 10 with a lift blocking the entrance, dehumidifiers blowing in the lobby with cords everywhere due to a leaking pipe above the lobby. The staff assured us the room was fine and there would be no noise. But the room smelled moldy. The exercise room smelled like cats peed there. Our bathroom had a very short toilet and shoddy aged workmanship.. The king bed had 3 small pillows. “There was arguing, dogs barking and other loud noises. Housekeeping act like they didn’t understand what not responding to their knock meant. I don’t understand why when a property is not sold out, why they put the few people they do have in such close proximity to each other. I want REST/SLEEP, NOT TO HEAR OTHERS or be bothered with housekeeping. IF NEED something I know how to ask, otherwise I JUST WANT REST/SLEEP because THAT’S WHAT I PAID FOR, NOT EVERYTHING ELSE. And I have that problem...

“TV didn't work but staff fixed the problem. Coffee was at the office.”

“The breakfast offerings and coffee were nearly depleted by the time I got to the lobby around 8 AM. The Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9 AM so it was disappointing to say the least. The room was clean. I thought it interesting that the sole ice machine was in a locked room accessible via room card. Didn't realize that petty ice thievery was rampant in Hot Springs.”

“Price was great, room was CLEAN and smelled clean. Hot breakfast was good, but no individual milk, juice. Staff was awesome and present when needed. Bring your noise canceling device. I didn't. Y'all gotta do something about the air conditioner. It's loud and it runs long enough to get used to the sound and when it would shut off, the silence would be just as loud. “There was no hot tub, no vending machines. The whole side door glass was completely broken out as if someone shattered it to get in. The parking lot was big, open and sketchy. Signs saying the owners are not responsible for any vehicle break ins. The clerk was very sweet but when I was sent to my room, the air conditioner was completely off with it being 4pm and 96 degrees outside, plus the heat index so I had to turn it on full speed to try and cool down.
