"Start with the cons: was met by a quite sleepy receptionist when we checked in around 10 pm. We got to bed and had just fallen asleep when another couple tried to enter our room. The hotel had assigned the same room to them as well and giving the access. A huge break of confidence in our oppinion. The pros: essy transfer to and from the hotel. A very friendly and apologetic receptionist in the morning. A quite decent breakfast. Overall, a hotel needs to have its processes in order and not assign access to the room to other guests."
