“I didn’t had electricity in my room.I need to leave hotel 3am during the night, couldn’t change my phone, I showered in the dark not to mention I couldn’t use hairdryer. This hotel is not cheap, and for the price they need to have some kind of backup with electricity, so bad. Also I ordered the wake up call, which I didn't received , in the reception they told me they called me when I left the room, and that was two minutes before my taxi arrived. In general, hotel is Ok, but nothing than that....

“The staff is friendly and helpful. We do not understand Russian so we translated our conversations. They are patient and tried best to help. The breakfast is incredibly good including everything you can think of, bread, pastry, hot dishes, fruit, milk, salad, and more. We are happy”

Rummen är rymliga och trevligt möblerade, även om duschkabinen ger en instängd och mindre angelägen upplevelse. Frukosten är generös. Wifi är ok, men kan förbättras. Som en helhet ett bra och funktionellt boende i Almat. ”
