1: a våningen har 4 sovrum 1: a våningen mästare omvandlas till ett barn rum som kan sova upp till 6. Sovrum 2, 3 och 4 har var helt eller drottning size dubbelsäng sover 2 per rum.

Sovrum med drottningen på 2: a våningen med stort öppet kök vardagsrum / matrum 2 skjutbara glasdörrar till linda runt däck och grill. Vardagsrum har två stora skinnsoffor och mocka stolar.

Dish TV med 2 TV-apparater en i vardagsrummet och en i sovrummet. WiFi kroken upp tillgängliga. Privat bakgård med integritet staket som lämpar sig för utomhusbruk äta och laga mat. 2 zon varmvattenberedare en trappa upp och en ner för trappor möjliggör mycket varmt vatten.
Gemenskap docka för kajak och crabbing på Salt Pond. Vi erbjuder 3 kajaker för din exklusiva användning med crabbing nät för användning av barn i kajen.

Vår entré ligger tvärs över gatan från Fresh Pond State Park. Vandring / Cykelled är ett kvarter väster. Downtown Bethany Beach shopping är en mil med bil.

Var noga med att besöka SeaCrest presentbutik på Garfield och strandpromenaden. Leta efter lokal akvarell och fotokonst av Rosemary Carroll och säga hej till ägare Liz och Ed.
Bästa frukost i området är antingen Ocean View Diner eller Penguin Diner. Båda inkluderar Gluten / vete fria menyer.

Cafe 26 är vår favoritplats för middag men vi har många av de bästa kockarna i nordöstra här i området. Difebo; s har två av de många kandidaterna från CIA (Culinary Institute of Arts) i New York. Nantuckets i Fenwick är stor

Nattlivet är tyst i Bethany men en kort bilresa (15 minuter) i båda riktningarna leder en till Rehoboth Beach / Dewey Beach till norra eller Ocean City, MD i söder.
G & E Hockers har den bästa tysk stil deli, bageri, livsmedelsbutik, järnhandel i DE. Det har också de närmaste bensinpumpar. Var noga med att prova affären kokta delikött och bakverk. Det handlar om en 1/4 till 1/2 mil väster om Fred Hudson Road.
* Det finns parkering för fyra bilar på svart topp uppfarten. Studion på fastigheten används av ägarna och har grus uppfart framför den för ägarna. Om en gäst behöver någonting alls kan vi nås och vi kommer att göra vårt bästa för att se till att varje gästs semester blir en BETHANY BEACH HOLIDAY tradition!

The owner was very attentive to our needs. We wish we were closer to the beach but we were able to enjoy the pool, the pier, and the state beach, which was only a 10-15 mins drive away.

The house is beautiful and roomy. Wonderful layout. The pool was perfect. Short little walk to Salt Pond for kayaking and crabbing. So close to downtown Bethany, everything you need right there.

Our family - eight adults and four children - ages 7-14 - had a wonderful week in Bethany at this property. The house was perfect and the salt water pool kept kids and grownups happy when we we weren’t at Bethany Beach, Rehoboth, or Ocean City. The location was perfect - as was the weather. The location provided running trails, access to a kayak pond, and was only a short drive to Hocker’s grocery. All this made for a very pleasant week away!

Spent a wonderful week in this beautiful home. Accommodated the 12 of us very nicely. Kitchen well stocked and happy to see a Keurig. Some of us enjoyed the kayaks on the bay and crabbing from the pier only a short walk away. The free parking passes for the beach were appreciated. Since it was a very hot week, the lovely pool was probably our favorite pastime. The owners were very friendly and helpful when needed. Would not hesitate to stay in this rental again.

This was our yearly family trip to Bethany. With the grandkids nearly adults we didn’t mind being a bit farther away. We usually stay close to the beach. The property was clean and the pool inviting. We had close access to the highway but yet not on top of it. We enjoyed crabbing at the Salt Pond too. Everyone we encountered was friendly. Our only negative comment would be to have access to a second refrigerator. With 5 bedrooms and 10 + people staying it would be very helpful. Otherwise it was everything we could ask for.

Everything about this property was perfect. The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The teenage girls especially loved their space with their own bathroom. We also enjoyed the pond for paddle boarding but most of all the boys were so excited about catching so many large crabs at the dock. It was very convenient being so close to the house. The pool provided so much fun for all of us especially the kids. Rosemary and Billy are wonderful caring people who respond quickly to any issues. They work hard to make sure your vacation is a good one. Thank you

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was beautiful and spacious, and perfect for our kids to play safely. The baby gate was much appreciated! We loved having the pool right outside for our private use and the location being so close to the state park and Bethany. We also enjoyed using the kayaks at the picturesque Salt Pond at the end of the private road. Thank you for opening your home to us! We’d love to return again in the future!

The owners were very helpful and super friendly. We enjoyed the crabbing and kayaking that was just a short walk away. The house was large and we all were happy with the space. The house has a salt water pool that was the perfect size. They had nice outdoor furniture and a gas grill by the pool. They provided a pass for the State parks so we did not pay for parking.

This property was as represented. Very clean, spacious, nicely appointed and comfortable for my entire family. It suited our needs perfectly. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet very close and easy access to all of the things we love to do when we go to the shore. The Pilot House was the perfect location for our family vacation! We found your home to be spotless and nicely furnished, and very well supplied. The pool and the location of the house provided fun for everyone from our 3 toddlers to our golfers and bikers. It was convenient to the beach and boardwalk, and the grocery store. We were also grateful for the many local attractions on the rainy days!

Positives- the Salt Pond and kayaks, big kitchen table and open concept, nice pool and patio ambiance Things to know- you'll need to bring own sheets, pillowcases, paper products, soap, garbage bags, plastic bags, beach towels... for the amount paid for the week we were surprised at how much we needed to bring and how much we needed to clean (toilets, floors, random stains) and set up ourselves. This house has a lot of potential though.

My husband and I, my sister and her husband and my two daughters and spouses and 2 year old grandson stayed a week. Air conditioning broke on first day. The owner purchased portable air conditioners and all was well again. No issues, great location fun pool but another umbrella would of been great for shade. We would definitely go with this property again or one of this owners other rentals.

Our whole family loved this house! Our 2 grand daughter ages 5 and 8 really loved the pool even though it was COLD! (Memorial Day week) Our only complaint was the scarcity of paper products. The main beach of Bethany was only about 10 minutes away and the street the house was on was a dead end so very little traffic! We would definitely come back the next time we take a family vacation!

My family (2 adults, a nanny, a toddler, and a newborn) recently stayed here and absolutely loved it. Plenty of room - the pictures are lovely but don’t reflect how much room we had to spread out. We could have easily invited another family to stay with us. The many floor to ceiling windows provided great natural light. The pool was warm, well kept, and the pool furniture so incredibly comfortable for us to relax or eat nearby. Again - incredibly spacious! The beach is only a few minutes drive away, but we were relieved to have some space between us and the boardwalk crowd. Inside the home is incredibly child friendly (with beautiful pictures of the children who were raised there!). The host, Billy, is a gem. He answered all of our questions about the town and his home. He directed us to some great restaurants and some beach parking tips. As lovely a host as I’ve ever met! Our family needed a convenient and relaxing getaway. This was all that and more!
