“Terrible experience the guest house was filthy, it had one fork, it did not have working Internet or a working TV. It said it had a blender. It did not it didn’t even have proper sheets on the bed. I found a giant cockroach in the bathroom. I asked Vrbo to move me immediately. They just gave me a runaround and never moved me. I had to buy a Roku to make the TV work for myself. I had to buy a blender.. I had to buy pillows and sheets and a duvet cover. This guest house is not fit to be rented out...

“Very nice property. Spacious, Good for families and groups. A bathroom for every room which is great! Beds are comfy. Great shower pressure and good closet closet space. Conveniently located near stores and mall. Approximately 20/30 min from everywhere we needed to go.”

We asked for a partial refund and we’re told we’d have to just cancel our reservation and find somewhere else to...

“It was a great place to relax after a day at Universal studios. Very quite neighborhood, it feels you are out in the wildernes but still close to everything. The setup of the house was a little odd but it worked for us. Loved the quite peaceful backyard and outdoor sitting aria.”

“Absolutely amazing stay! The home was beautiful, super clean, luxurious, and had everything we needed. The view was breathtaking, and the entire property felt incredibly peaceful, serene, and secluded. The location could not have been better. It was right off the Sunset Strip and close to so many great restaurants, comedy clubs, shopping centers, and malls. It truly felt like a private escape while still being near everything. The host was wonderful, very communicative, and made our stay so easy....
