“Heerlijke tijd gehad, prachtig gelegen huis met fanatastisch uitzicht. Jammer dat bed- en badlinnen zelf verzorgd moet worden. WiFi werkt nauwelijks, evenals Tv. Verdere kleinere problemen werden door zeer goed contact met de eigenaar zo snel mogelijk verholpen. Persoonlijk hadden wij een airco op de slaapkamer lekker gevonden, het bleef boven heel warm. Maar een echte aanrader!”

Zusätzlich gab es noch Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern was im Sommer hilfreich ist (hatten wir im Mai aber nicht benötigt). Der Pool war sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist empfehlenswert, da man in 15min an verschiedensten Stränden ist, einkaufen in 5min Entfernung. “The villa and the location is just excellent, with breathtaking views of the Tuscan hills and the nice little village of Radicondoli. We loved the place. The only little downside is the amount of flies, probably due to the sheeps and pigs living on the surrondings. The host Pasqualina was very helpful and quick to answer any question.”

“The house is superb. The patio is covered and lit romantically. It offers insect repellent light. The pool is clean and shady during the day (chairs, not the pool itself). “The house is as described. It is one half of a house, that is rented as well, so there can be other people around. A downside is that the house is up a steep hill. The road is small and needs some courage, but is totally do-able. We mostly drove by car instead of walking up and down. An upside is the cute neighbours cat, which visites occasionally. The landlady is very kind and even asked during the stay if everything is alright. All in all a great stay 👍”

“Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans la maison de Nadia et Massimo. Ils résident juste à côté, et sont très accessibles et surtout très réactifs aux diverses demandes que nous leur avons faites. Nous recommandons cette villa et sa piscine, le coin BBQ etc... “wir verbrachten 12 Tage als Familie bei Filiberto und Anna Maria und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. die Anlage und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. die Zimmer sind ebenfalls sehr sauber und geräumig. die Küche ist zwar etwas spärlich ausgestattet ( Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Pfeffer,Salz, Müllbeutel, Küchenrolle sollte man mitnehmen) aber im Grunde genommen hat man alles was man braucht. und wenn was fehlt wie z.B. “Die Wohnung war genau so wie beschrieben. Wir wussten also dass die Straße, der Zug und die Autobahn in unmittelbarer Nähe sind. Da wir aber jeden Tag Ausflüge ans Meer oder die nahen Städte gemacht haben hat uns das nicht weiter gestört. Wir haben auch manchmal den Pool abends noch genutzt. Sehr gut war die Grillmöglichkeit im Garten. Da haben wir einige Male riesige Bistecca Fiorentina und frische Fische gegrillt. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub. “Boendet och området var väldigt bra om man gillar trailerpark/camping livet. Min upplevelse av boende och personal var toppen. Och barnen älskade poolerna. Det jag inte var förberedd på var att det var såååå långt ifrån all civilisation. Staden San Vincenzo var inte direkt nåt att uppleva. Åker jag till Toscana igen kommer jag inte bo så här mitt ute i bushen igen. Vi hade bil, men lite trist att behöva åka 2 timmar varje gång vi ville se annat än en platt åkermark, du får inte uppleva Toscanas...

A gem of a hotel for a dream get away!
"Villa Hotel Margherita is a little gem of a hote, where you feel like you’re at a private Villa! Beautifully decorared, beach vibe, comfy beds, great large bathroom! Lovely terasse and pool and little hide away spots all over! Perfect for a family event or a get away. Little shops near by, beautiful views… We stayed in 204, and had direct avcess to the terasse! A couple of chairs outside and a coffe maker and it would have been a bonus! Sarah at check in is absolutely a bundle of energy, and so helpful! Lovely server for dinner too, didn’t get her name.. Go here!!"
