“Amazing spot. Cortona is lovely, and this spot right outside the main city was so comfortable. Excellent home base from which to explore Tuscany. Amazing pastry and coffee shop just down the street, as well as a supermarket and great restaurants very close.The house itself is very spacious and private, felt extremely clean. Perfect spot for us to stay as we explored Tuscany for a few days. Host is excellent communicator. Very flexible with us to accommodate our needs for arrival and checkout....

“Lovely place. All you need is available in the house. A great seimming pool with nice view on the surrounding.We had the place at the backside of the house. While at the pool it was quite warm, the house and the terrace are nice cool.Nicollo was not in that week, but Paula, his mother , was our host. Telling all about the nicest parts of Italy. She was so friendly!Two days we visited Florence by train. Parking nearby the station and regular trains are leaving from the village nearby.”

“Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i huset. Är man beredd att köra 10 min på slingriga vägar uppför berget så är detta det bästa stället man kan bo på. Poolen och omgivningarna är outstandning.Bra och välutrustat kök. Huset ligger avskiljt men inte ödsligt. Perfekt läger för utflykter till Lucca, Florens, Pisa, Sinque terre, havet, vingårdar med mera.”

“This is not a Villa as advertise. It’s an apartment complex that looks like a villa. It is not private. The place is clean, but beds are extremely uncomfortable. There is no cleaning service available. We stayed 10 days without having bathrooms clean despite of requesting service. Location is great and convenient”

“We spent three wonderful weeks here in September -13. We were a party of 2-5 adults and 2-5 children aged 1-6. (Our family of 2 adults and 2 children rented the property and then we had friends and family come and visit). The fact that the property has so many bedrooms and bathrooms made it very easy to have friends visiting, without getting too crowded, there was room for everyone. “Property is a working winery, it is so interesting to be there during harvest. Villa was clean and charming. Authentic, not overly gentrified. The villa listing is for half of the villa -6 bedrooms the other half also has 6 bedrooms. I believe there were a few people staying there but you really aren’t bothered by it. You have your own private pool and courtyard. Hostess was lovely and there is always someone there to get you what you need or answer any questions. ”
