This isn't your average cabin. Four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a game loft, and a balcony built for unforgettable evenings — sauna sessions, hot tub under the stars, and views of the slopes. Every room has balcony access. This is Big Bear at its finest.

Living room

A gorgeous open great room with soaring wood-beam ceilings, a stone fireplace, and a Smart TV. Large windows frame the mountain and ski resort views. This is the room where everyone gathers — warm, spacious, and flooded with natural light.



Kitchen

Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances — fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender — plus all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need for full meals. Coffee machine and supplies included.

Note: The oven is currently out of order — stovetop, microwave, and all other appliances are fully functional.



Dining area

Dining table seats 8 with great natural lighting — perfect for family meals with mountain views.

Game loft



Upstairs loft with a pool table, arcade games, board games, and comfortable seating. The dedicated game space everyone fights over.

The Neighborhood:

Nautical Cabin is located on Nautical Court in the Moonridge/Big Bear area — a quiet residential street with elevated views of the ski resort and surrounding mountains. The location gives you the best of both worlds: you're tucked into a peaceful neighborhood with stunning vistas, yet just a short drive from everything Big Bear has to offer. The area is known for proximity to great hiking and trail access — some of Big Bear's best hikes are within walking distance of the front door.

No A/C — at 7,000 ft elevation the mountain air and central heating keep things comfortable year-round

Oven is currently out of order - microwave, and all other kitchen appliances are fully functional

No smoking, vaping, or candles inside the cabin

Sauna — full-size on the balcony; please follow posted usage guidelines

Spa/jacuzzi — covered on the balcony; please replace the cover after use

Steam shower — available in one of the bathrooms

Fireplace — stone fireplace in the living room

Exterior security camera — Ring camera facing the driveway (no interior cameras)

Mountain elevation (7,000 ft) — weather changes quickly; carry chains Nov–Apr

Trash: No curbside pickup — guests take trash to local Clean Bear disposal sites (addresses provided after booking); keep containers closed to prevent wildlife access

Wildlife is common — bears, coyotes, chipmunks, and other mountain animals live here; keep doors closed and food stored properly
