“There is lots of space in the apartment, and the balcony with the window opening on to it from the main bedroom is a treasure. The spacious cupboards and closets are cleverly designed. They alone are worth the experience. The only negative was the clothes washer, which didn't work. We were told that maintenance got to it just after we left. A great pizzeria is just around the corner, as are a good grocery store and a cafe/bar. The Metro, vital in Bilbao, is a fifteen-minute walk. The managers...

“Praktiskt med parkering under hotellet, extra kostnad 15€, och eget kök, kyl med stort frysfack för t.ex. kylklampar. Lagom promenadavstånd utefter floden till centrum och Guggenheim på c 30 minuter (2.5 km). Receptionen stänger 23:00. Instruktionen för on-line incheckning kom efter att vi redan hade checkat. Hade vi fått den i tid hade vi sparat några minuter.”
