"Ordinärt boende i centrala Bilbao. Rent och fräscht. Frukosten var inte mycket att hurra för."

"Very nice staff and they organized a fun Dragshow in the evening. Close to old town with all the good restaurants. One minus is the bathroom, which dosent give much privacy due to the glass door (frosted) so the sounds are heard by everyone in the room."

"Fantastiskt bra mottagning när vi kom dit och vi fick snabbt hjälp med både bagaget och att parkera bilen. Vi fick inte ta med hunden in till restaurangen men det var ok att sitta i bardelen och äta. Parken bakom hotellet var helt enkelt perfekt för att rasta hunden med både gräsmattor och inhägnade hundgårdar. Hotellet ligger på perfekt avstånd till t ex Guggenheimsmuseet."

"Det största problemet var att hitta dit med bil: dålig signering och ingen information innan man åkte dit: man måste köra in på en stor underjordisk parkering för att över huvud taget komma till hotellet. Denna information skulle jag uppskatta i förväg. Frukosten var helt OK, bättre än i andra hotellen på resan."

"Restaurant needs some sound dampening and added cosiness. Very loud noise level. Several dirty plates and utensils, that is not very nice. Very friendly and nice staff though. Pool area is nice."

"Hotellet ligger mitt inne i stan, Parkering på gatan eller i deras garage mot en avgift. Rummen låg i en byggnad där man fick bära bagaget upp och ner i flera trappor innan man nådde hissen. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal i recpetionen. Sängarna var OK och rummet välstädat."

"Nice hotel in a good location. The reception staff were very helpful with good recommendations of places to eat and things to see, can’t remember the name of the women who did our check in but she was fantastic and made us feel very welcome as soon as we entered. It was a very nice touch with welcome drink/pinxto at the bar (although not so good service from the man, I believe they should try to upsell so that you stay at the bar for longer but honestly felt like he just expected us to have our free drink and pinxto & leave and did not check if we wanted something else so sadly he was not as service minded as the reception. The bar was also unmanned so we had to go look for someone to serve us. Just small notes on how the service could be improved to match the rest of the hotel quality. Big plus with complimentary mini bar in the room and also with welcome note & sweet snack. It’s these small touches that make a big difference. We only stayed one night and had an early flight so did not try the breakfast or the restaurant. My only comment is that I think the room could have done with some freshening up. We had a junior suite and even though we did not use the sofa bed, it looked a bit tired and like it had been used a lot and generally the room was missing a bit of a wow feeling."
