Hotell nära Tim Hortons Iceplex

“Städerskan frågade om det "behövdes" bäddas i sängen....? Frukosten spartansk med Europeiska mått - plastbestick - papptallrikar - svagt urval. Man bygger om och det var lerigt och skitigt runt om vilket drogs med in i hotellet. Stod containers på baksidan och såg allmänt byggarbetsplatslikt. Svårt att förstå att man tar så mycket betalt när man är i ett sådant skede. Finns inget att göra i hotellet. Saknas restaurang, bar och någon typ av "aktivitet".”

“Love this hotel. They have remodeled it since last we stayed. Looks great. Issues. The bathroom in the lobby. Someone broke the door off the stall. Not sure how long it was like that but no one was trying to fix it. There was a stained bed sheet by laundry room in the hall. Not hotels fault but someone should have not let it sit for an entire night. Lastly, hall by rooms 130s smelt like animal urine. If guests are extended they should clean after themselves. Hotel just needs to be more...

“The hotel was very clean and in a good, safe location. The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars is I paid extra for a room that said it had a wetbar and there wasn’t one. I asked the front desk agent and he had no idea what I was talking about. He said they had drinks for sales, that’s it. Very misleading I would’ve gotten the less expensive room.”

“Was a bit of chaos checking in a one a long wait. But the attendant was nice and the property was clean. Good central location.”

“The facility looks new from the outside, bed comfortable but carpet dirty, cribs on the floor definitely housekeeping did not vacuum. Requested a blanket we were given a fitted sheet that we had to pick up the front desk as only 1 person is working. Breakfast ok. Music blasting on the floor we stayed into, no one said anything. We will NOT BE BACK .”

“They are not pet friendly. They are pet tolerant. They will take $50 from you if you bring a pet. Exorbitant, excessive, unreasonable, and unflinching. I also have not yet been refunded my incidental charges deposit”

“PROS: Comfortable bed, nature view (even side of hallways), reasonable hot breakfast. CONS: $8 parking per day, lights in room were mostly dim, soap amount was low at beginning of my stay, hotel itself and the room showed many signs of wear, toilet is quite low hence ultra uncomfortable.”

“This place is absolutely gross! The smell was horrible everywhere. The toilet was super dirty, the floors were gross, and the window was broken with tape on it — definitely did not feel safe at all. There was also a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway the entire time. I know it’s cheap, but honestly I would rather pay more than stay at this gross place again. I hate giving bad reviews, but people should know before booking. Do NOT stay here!”

“Pretty much a good hotel with ample parking. The staff was very friendly. Be mindful thereis no elevator in this hotel, so if you have a lot of luggage either leave it in the car or be prepared to lug it up a flight of stairs. Another thing that surprised me was that there wasn't a refrigerator in the room. My family and I had leftover Cheesecake Factory that we threw away due to this.”
