“Great location, walkable to restaurants, arena etc. very convenient for a quick visit to see our Bearcat. We couldn't find the sheets for the extra bed for my daughter but only realized late so we didn't give the host a chance to help us with this.. he was responsive when we did contact him so I'm sure it would have been solved if given the chance!!!”

We would definitely stay here again if it is available for our next trip to Binghamton, whenever that might be.”

The unit has a kitchen, small dining space and enough room for ourselves and daughter to sleep. Thank you for your hospitality. ”

“One of the best VRBO‘s I have ever stayed at the host was amazing. I let her know I was traveling with a two year-old and her and her team went out their way to accommodate me to make sure I had everything he needed from highchair, plate, sippy cups blankets, his own personal soaps it was greatly appreciated. The property was very clean and new. I definitely will be back when in the area.”

“The place look older with three different floors. The first level had 3 rooms for each tenant but have to share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is outdated but you have a couches and dining table. The 55 inch TV has cable but very limited channels. You have tenants living upstairs and in the basement but they have their own code and access to their respective floors. The place could utilize some updates but it’s worth the price to stay if you were by yourself. The landlord...

“Host had great communication. We didn't stay at the original place booked but host was able to get us in a different one asap. It was ready when we arrived. Not the best neighborhood but it worked for what we needed. ”

“The apartment was great!! Was exactly what we needed for a weekend wedding stay. The town itself was very small . My son was able to do some fishing in the creek/river that was within walking distance. Host was very pleasant and helpful in our communications. Would definitely recommend!”

“A very comfortable place - large-studio-apartment sized with kitchenette. I especially appreciated the sitting area outdoors (and nice-looking hammock - didn't get to use it, but maybe next time!). It was perfect for mellowing out as the sun disappeared over the hills. Daryl was the perfect host - very friendly and helpful.”
