“This property is a true gem! Beautiful, very clean home with cute decor. We booked last minute for a one night stay and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The location is perfect! My son enjoyed the putt putt and hot tub. It was a perfect location close to town. We also enjoyed fishing in the lake right near the property! Would definitely stay again! Black mountain is such a cute town! ”

“Lovely place to stay. And as the description states, the view is worth the drive. We enjoyed sitting on the deck every morning and evening. The cabin is well equipped, all we needed was to buy groceries. It is conveniently located to Black Mountain, Hendersonville, Asheville. We have stayed here several times and plan to go back.”

“This room was perfect for us! Comfortable and quiet! The kitchen has all of the appliances and gadgets you need. . It's a short walk to town, for dinner, drinks and music. We saw a great 4th fireworks show. I would definitely book this room again!”

“It was only an overnight stay, and the room was a bit spartan. However, it was quite clean and everything worked well. One a very minor problem, as noted by others, is that the toilet required a long flush or multiple flushes. My problem is that I forgot to ask for additional towels. I checked in at night and by the time I noticed that I need extra towels, I didn't think anyone would be around who could fulfill that request.”

“We were there for four months this winter and loved that house everyday. The great room is so light filled but we also enjoyed the small den with the fireplace on rainy days. Our host very very friendly and responsive. This place is a real find.”
