“This was such a fun and unique property! Our family enjoyed the costume closet, plethora of games, and exploring all of the special details throughout the house. The fire pit was also a huge hit! We highly recommend this property!”

“Party of 13 (8 adults and 5 kids). Perfect accommodations, beautiful location. Lots of space. Nice pool. Great kitchen and lots of included amenities.”

“What a magical spot. We loved our stay in Julian — the home was exquisite, and the location dreamy. The home felt like staying with a dear friend … no small detail was left out — the kitchen (and patio, and grill!) had everything a foodie could want for. The living room was filled with games and music and a wonderful TV with all the streaming apps. The pool and sauna and outdoor spaces were invigorating. We’re already dreaming of coming back —”

“Unique property. Didn’t love lugging luggage up to the third floor though.”

“This house is truly something you have to experience in person. The pictures are amazing, but somehow they still don’t do this place justice. From the moment we arrived, we were completely blown away by the house, the views, and the sheer uniqueness of the property. The 360 mountain views are absolutely incredible, and sitting inside surrounded by those enormous windows feels like you’re literally floating above the mountains. The rooftop viewing area was one of our favorite parts. The sunsets...

“Had a great stay and will be back!”

“Omgoodness! What a delightful time we had in this Tahlequah icon for our cousin's game weekend. The decor is beautifully done (hats off to the decorator), and the age of this castle is definitely at play in the quirkiest of ways (see basement). I am a long ago graduate of NSU, and I enjoyed reading the castle history to my family. Every room is very comfortable, and I loved the turrets. The location and grounds are perfect! Sean, the owner, met our every need. I wish we could have stayed longer,...

“The location was perfect, it felt peaceful and isolated, but was only 5 minutes from Main St. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the grounds were beautifully kept and the view from our balcony was amazing. A small kitchen on the main floor provided enough amenities for plating up take out and opening a bottle of wine. The library was a lovely place to read in the evening, the dining area and sitting room were ideal for a cozy breakfast with filtered natural light illuminating the space. I...

“We loved our visit here. John and Yvonne were wonderful. The space was clean, quiet, and truly magical. The views were second to none and the castle and other buildings are truly worth experiencing. We loved learning about the history of this place and we will certainly be back.”

“The property was absolutely beautiful! I loved the private area by the fire pit. My son had the most wonderful being the king of the castle for his birthday. This is a wonderful stay for family and friends and the lake s just right up the road. It’s a pretty quiet and peaceful area and great for kiddos. We will definitely be returning!”

“Beautiful property! Plenty of room for different activities on our family vacation. The pool and swimming hole were so much fun. The whole family loved it.”
