“Do not stay at this hotel. My daughter spent one night and was bitten by bedbugs. You read that right: bedbugs! When she informed the hotel, they demanded that she produce photos of the bedbugs, which was extremely rude and disrespectful, especially since they could see the bites on her ankle and how painful it was.
