“We have a very nice room. The pool wasn't avaliable yet. The breakfast was fruit, waffles, or bagels. Coffee only to drink unless you wanted to buy drinks from a machine. ”

“Not a 5 star motel. But would recommend as a budget stay. Room was very clean and staff friendly. Not located in the best part of town.... Although I felt safe and motel appears to have control over their property. ”

“I made this confirmation on Tuesday if last week. Arrived in Charlotte Friday and went to check in about 4 pm and there was no room available. This facility was overbooked and claimed to be more like an extended stay! I said that was written on the website. They said they knew. There were a lot of things going on in Charlotte this weekend. D fed up staying at Microtel by Wyndham. Was not happy about the cancellation and Microtel.”

“The lobby was dirty, staff wasn’t friendly, the room was not cleaned, and the property is not well managed. ”

“I chose this hotel because it included breakfast, but when we got there so many things were wrong. 1. The lobby was closed so we had to go to the property next door to check in. 2 the bathroom had dirty towels hanging up, the sink already had hair in it. 3. The toilet seat had major wear and slid when we sat, and the toilet made a loud sound while it refilled, as if it were struggling. “We got to the hotel later than expected and the counter was closed and there was no staff on duty in the lobby. I called Expedia and I called the property to try and get somebody to come open the front door. We were told we can’t check in after a certain time so o never received my accommodations and never even got to stay there at the hotel and was still Charged for a room i never stayed at. Most awful hotel experience I’ve ever had”
