“Definitely one of those where you get what you pay for. Cheap and cheerful. Definitely needs a good tidy up in terms of decoration but was clean hygiene wise and honestly the comfiest bed I’ve stayed in in a while. ”

“The hosts was welcoming and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. We was allowed to leave our bags beginning and end of our stay so we could enjoy our holiday without carting around bags. The rooms was very tidy and you wouldn’t think pets stay there too! It’s a lovely place to stay and I would definetely return again. Thankyou x”

“We stayed for 3 nights as we was going to Lytham Festival and it was the perfect little stay. The hosts were very friendly, went out of their way to make sure everything was comfortable for your stay. The breakfast was top notch and they would recommend restaurants in the area if you were looking for something different to eat later on in the day. The rooms are a good size all with ensuite. “We booked here after reading the great reviews and so glad we did. It was a last minute booking as was just visiting the area for the day and decided to stay over. Of course there are so many places to choose from but the price and the reviews were so good we decided to stay here. The room was spotless and had everything we needed and more with an excellent tea and coffee selection in the room. We didn’t have breakfast. We will definitely stay here again. “Trevligt familjehotell, bra pris och läge i staden. Små rum och sparsamt med krokar/hyllor i badrummet. Tyvärr dåligt tryck på vattnet när man bodde högst upp så att duscha tog långt tid och svårt att skölja ur tjockt hår. Engelsk frukosten fick beställas vid sittande bord och lite fel kunde det bli framförallt på helgen när det var fullbokat. Städning av rum pågick under frukosten så ibland saknades det handduk. Mycket vänlig och hjälpsam personal/ägare.”
