This location provides easy access to Boone, Blowing Rock, and the Blue Ridge Parkway, all just minutes away and the quiet, welcoming neighborhood with paved roads provides a great place for a peaceful walk.

This open floor plan offers mountain views from nearly every room.  On the main level you will find the comfortable living room with stone gas log fireplace, dining area with seating for 8, open kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, and a full bathroom.  Also on this level is the spacious master suite complete with sitting area, TV, private bathroom, and access to the deck. Downstairs you will find a large tiled den with pool table, sitting area with large flatscreen TV, sleeper sofa, gas log heating system, and access to the gently sloping grassy yard. A guestroom with a queen bed and another with 4 sturdy, log twin bunk beds share a bathroom on this level.

Pets allowed with approval - a maximum of 2 dogs under 25 lbs or one dog under 40 lbs. 
Your dog(s) must be fully housetrained and current on vaccinations and Flea & Tick preventative; cannot be left loose or unattended at any time; must be crated if you leave them home alone, crate(s) not supplied; pets are not allowed on the furniture and you must clean up any hair in the home upon your departure; Please make sure to clean up the yard after your dogs; if there is a hot tub, dogs are not allowed in it. There is a non refundable and taxable pet fee per dog.
