Townhouse with Mountain Views - Close to Boone and Blowing Rock

Welcome to Mountain Melody!! This newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse sits among the treetops just minutes from Downtown Blowing Rock and The Blue Ridge Parkway! Mountain Melody is literally at the "End of the Road." You enter into the townhouse through a spacious mudroom which leads into the open concept kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can imagine needing to whip up a meal. There is seating for 6 at the dining table and two bar stools at the butcher block island! The 'sunken' living room has plenty of seating for relaxing by the gas fireplace or streaming your favorite TV show. The large sliding glass doors lead to a brand new expansive deck with outdoor seating to enjoy the view! The first bedroom offers two twin beds (one has a twin trundle underneath just in case!), a large closet with games & books, a smart TV, and the jack-n-jill full bathroom. The main bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, a desk, spacious closet, a private en suite, and direct access to the back deck! At the front of the townhouse, there is a large picnic area with a gas grill so you can eat under the stars and the twinkling string lights! Parking for 2 cars. 4WD or AWD recommended for access in the winter.

Excellent location close to Tweetsie Railroad, Shopping, Gem Mining, Restaurants, Grandfather Mountain, rafting, skiing in the winter and only 1 mile from the Blue Ridge Parkway.

The location was beautiful,the townhouse was cozy.Nice and close to APP Ski and stores.The ride up the mountain was treacherous due to 6 inches of snow.The private road was plowed but not treated for Ice,Thank God we made a friend at the dispensary who had a powerful 4 wheel drive to get us up the mountain.The road remained icy the whole weekend.We hiked up and down to our vehicle on lower ground,and made the best of it.

Wonderful home. Amazing views. Excellent host. We have stayed in many homes and hotels in the area. Have been coming up for App games, App soccer camps, and snow tubing for years. This is the best place ever! It was amazing to watch the rain front move in this morning.

Exactly as advertised!

This property was great! Everything from the location (close to everything) to the view (gorgeous) was exactly as advertised. A perfect place for a weekend getaway with my wife. Would definitely stay again.

Comfy and great views

Stayed for a ski trip at Appalachian ski mtn with our 3 kids. Cute place with a comfortable living space with great mtn views. The road up the hill was nice and paved and you pull strait up to the house. No steep driveway to deal with. Would love to come back!

Parents Weekend Retreat

We took my parents who are in their eighties to Boone for App State Parents Weekend and football game against ECU. It was so much nicer to stay in a townhouse rather than a hotel so we could spread out but all be together. The location was perfectly situated between Boone and Blowing Rock with a short drive to either. The townhouse was recently updated, had everything we needed, and fantastic views. We even enjoyed a morning visit from some deer. We will definitely be back!

Amazing

The property was wonderful. It was very clean. The pictures dii ok not do justice to how amazing the view is and how cozy it was. The owner was amazing and very communicative when we had questions. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay in the Blowing Rock and Boone area.

Cute, quaint, great views

Our family of 4 was visiting the are to see family and visit App State. The property is private but has easy access to Blowing Rock and all its attractions within 15 minutes. The property is very clean and has everything you need. I would definitely book it again.
