“The room was old and dark and needs to be updated and the beds were so uncomfortable!! It was a work trip so I stuck with it. However, I would not stay there again.”

“I walked in and get into my room (1 of 2 for the family) and to start off there are cigarette burns in the sheets. Right after seeing that I saw rips in the curtain. In the one of the beds there was a wrapper, hairs and yellow stains. One of the room’s smoke detectors was disconnected. And another bed had a comforter stain. None if the rooms had refrigerators. And for those that care, the pool in the main gathering place was empty. It seemed like a ghost town. Not a great experience.”

“A cockroach crawled out from beneath the bed upon arrival. The sheets had NOT been changed prior to our arrival! Totally unacceptable!! Roxie, the check in staff lady, was WONDERFUL! She brought us clean bedding and helped me make the bed as Housekeeping had already left for the day (sadly without doing their job in our room!). Also, we were given a brand new mattress pad still in the package after the supposed clean one from the laundry room was covered in pet hair. There is a terrible problem...

“You can’t even sleep I feel like I’m on the road and you can listen to the the next room people snoring walking all night I didn’t got any sleep the service was terrible the breakfast was terrible too I had a bad experience the bed too was not good at all”

“Both persons in the room needed c-pap machines for assisted breathing for night time. Outlets on table were all useless with none working. Had to rearrange sleeping to floor to utlilize the only outlet that was working. Couldn’t find staff after Midnight for assistance. Not a good experience”

“Nedgånget, tråkigt och kändes smutsigt.Allt kändes fuktigt i rummet även sängkläderna. Bäddsoffa som hade ett lakan som inte var bytt - fläckar på och vi fick be om ett nytt.Otrevlig chef som mest gick och spände sig och skällde på sin personal. Vid ett tillfälle så att receptionisten började gråta. Här finns mycket att jobba på. Skulle aldrig vilja bo här igen!! ”

“First room didn’t have what I paid for, no sofa at all, second room had a sofa but no bed in it. Bathroom Door was broken and it was dirty in the room also it had small roaches. Immediately cancelled. ”
