“I hated the signage indicating 4 legged guests are as important as 2 legged. Hit your marketing people with a dumb stick. If you drive REVPAR when pet friendly I get it but don’t let nonsense messaging creep in. Staff good; place was clean.”

“Hotel entrance was appealing and clean. Convenient garage parking beside the hotel. Very friendly staff. Some restaurants and shopping near the hotel, but will likely need transportation to get to most places.”

“I wish I would’ve booked a hotel further away that was better. Absolutely not worth the astounding price I paid of $331 per night bc of a concert in town - which I wasn’t attending. The AC had bugs crawling in it and I came home with bug bites in my legs. The room was damp and smelled and we couldn’t breathe at night because of the stale air. I would neee stay here again. The staff was beyond rude and not helpful. And I don’t write bad reviews. I’ve never given a 2 star review for anything...

“Brand new property and pretty good amenities and location. Shower rod hung incorrectly so water went all over the bathroom floor. The breakfast was nice but disorganized.”

“Stayed almost a week and trash would be collected but bed not made for some reason. But had everything you need, or I need. Parking, solid bed, bathroom, refrigerator and micro. Quite busy during my stay but didn’t really bother me and plenty of parking. ”

“The room was clean and the AC worked great. The first room had a floor leak in the bathroom. I called the office and the front desk guy came almost immediately with a key for a different room. The second room was fine, except that the bathroom door wouldn't close and they were wedging it closed by putting a washcloth over the door. I chalked it up to this being a 2-star hotel. The breakfast was sorely lacking. There were bagels, wheat bread, and white bread, with butter, jam, and peanut butter....

“Breakfast was great, happy hour not so much. However, there is Bar louie there, great spot, kind crowd, so that's where we ended up anyway. Great hotel. Clean space. Nice staff. Cool welcome gift of drinks and snacks after traveling. ”

“Bed matress was very hard. Sofa bed was even harder. Breakfast staff was not very friendly and served bananas all smashed and spoiled.”

“Had some kind of bugs in the bed that came out as soon as we turned off the light. Informed the staff at check-out, but they didn't seem to care. We actually left in the middle of the night because of the bugs. The room was filthy, the drain in the sink was full of hair. Floor was also dirty and the blanket had stains...”

“The hotel was old and there is no access to an elevator without having to go behind the building and around through the outside to get to the elevator. When you're in the elevator it bangs and shakes and feels very unsafe. When we got to the second floor, there was caution tape all over the stairs and the balconies. The hotel is just really old.”
