“For a 4 star hotel the amenities seem very outdated. There are no water refill stations. They say the pool is heated, but it was so cold no one wanted to get in. There is no hot tub. They had some games out on the patio but the connect 4 was broken. There are no microwaves in the room. That seems like a standard now days even in 2 and 3 star hotels. The did have one with the ice machine. When I heard someone ask the front desk why they didn’t have a microwave in the room the front desk clerk...

“The late night front desk person, Alan, was very helpful in getting us into our room when the lock/app interface malfunctioned. Thank you Alan! Breakfast was well below average. Just about zero protein available, even after we waited for more to be set out.”

“Stayed almost a week and trash would be collected but bed not made for some reason. But had everything you need, or I need. Parking, solid bed, bathroom, refrigerator and micro. Quite busy during my stay but didn’t really bother me and plenty of parking. ”

“The stay was great , the rooms were great , the hotel was as listed , the only complaint that me or the many people that were with the same group had was the front desk lady Rby , she was very rude and if you asked for anything or needed anything she either was snappy or acted put out . Other than her the stay was great. ”

“Very clean, nice staff, bed was a little uncomfortable due to being stiff, the room was on the first floor and had a sliding glads door to go to the commons area that was clean and nice to relax in. ”

“Water pressure in the shower was extremely high and difficult to shower. No conditioner refilled in bottle. Aside from that, it was very pleasant and clean. I would recommend it ”
