This cabin was beautiful and welcoming the moment we stepped inside! The owners offered so many extras for us and our pug, from hand soap at every sink to extra blankets, a dog kennel and bowls for our little bear ;) The hot tub was clean and perfect after a day of hiking and the screened-in porch was perfect for enjoying the gorgeous mountain view in the rain. The fire pit was perfectly stocked for an evening of marshmallow roasting with our kids. We saw deer several times! There were a lot of cobwebs at the entrance to the cabin and on the porch. We spent time cleaning them off with a broom in order to enjoy that outdoor dining space and porch swing. Judging by the trees around the area as we were driving around, the spiders on the mountain are big cobweb makers so I’m not sure how much Vacasa could do given how quickly they form. It was not a big deal but something to be aware of. Roads into the cabin are steep but paved. Not bad but having an AWD was nice. We had one minor issue with getting locked out of our cabin, but we texted Vacasa and they quickly sent us a new code and got right in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was BEARY nice!! Would absolutely stay here again.

It’s all about the porch

Overall: The property was very clean & well organized! Check in & out was smooth. Door lock & A/C were easy to use. TVs were not but we weren’t there for TV. There’s a great kid’s room with lots of games that we didn’t need but were impressed with. The screened porch is where we spent every evening rocking or swinging & watching the sun go down! The fire pit was also a nice area to relax in the evening. Details: Pictures look brighter & slightly larger, both inside & outside than reality, but by no means totally misleading, just slightly more open & sunny. Parking says for 3 vehicles but it would be packed with 3 & unless you do a lot of car shuffling, the person on the end would be doing all the driving. We were too busy & unplugged to use any appliances other than the microwave. We weren’t there for fireplace months, & didn’t use the hot tub so no review on those. Nearby: Cabin is close to Ellijay (historic town square area, apple orchards to visit) & Amicolola Park & waterfall. We also visited nearby historic downtown Blueridge & of course couldn’t pass up the super close & interesting Sasquatch Museum. We also did the Blueridge Railroad’s 4 hour day excursion to McCaysville/Copperhill. Getting in & out: Approach from the south is far superior to the way GPS sent one of us from the north. Roads up the mountain from TN were bordering on hazardous. The 2 roads that went from HWY 515 (coming from the south, or Atlanta) to the cabin were perfectly fine & easy to travel.

Great mountain cabin that feels secluded yet close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay at Amazing Grace. The property was in a beautiful location with fantastic views! The cabin was well-appointed, clean and exactly as described. The road access was well-paved and offered a beautiful entry into the neighborhood. The screened-in porch was fantastic and where spent every morning listening to the sound of the birds and nature. The cabin felt secluded but was an easy 15 minute drive into Blue Rodge. We would definitely stay here again!P.S. The property managers were very responsive and accommodating.

Anniversary weekend

Excellent property, Perfect weather!

Everything was as advertised. Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again. Only slightly negative this was the beds were hard and uncomfortable. But overall we loved it!

Great Cabin with Mountain Views

We loved our stay here! The cabin was as described online and seemed as though it had been recently renovated in several areas. The screened-in porch was a perfect spot for meals and an escape from bugs. There's also a nice hiking trail that passes through the neighborhood located only a few houses away; it made for a great afternoon hike down to a lake with an old chapel. The road to get to the cabin is single lane and steep, but it's paved if you approach from the south (entrance from Lucius Road) so it would be fine with any car. The other road was gravel so we were glad to have all-wheel drive. Overall we got exactly what we were looking for on a holiday weekend, and we will definitely keep this cabin in mind for weekends in the Blue Ridge area in the future.

Nice Cabin and Good Location

We enjoyed our stay but there are a couple of things that could be improved. First, the mattress in the upstairs bedroom really needs to be replaced...our friends stayed in that room and ended up with horrible backaches because the mattress is awful. The mattress for the downstairs bed was perfect though. When we arrived and tried to turn on the light/fan in the den there was a loud pop and spark from the wall switch and neither the fan or light would work (yes, we checked the breaker box and that is not the issue)... so it was pretty dark in that area for our stay. We reported it immediately and do hope they will get it fixed before the next guests because it could be a safety/electrical hazard. Also we received no directions for checkout (i.e. whether to remove bed linens, etc.) so I emailed asking for that info but I did not receive a response until after we were required to check out. And do NOT even think about being granted an early check-in (not even a few hours). Even though it was vacant for the entire week before our arrival, we were not allowed to check-in until 4 pm (I understand early check-in is not guaranteed and certainly understand if the property is occupied immediately prior that it takes time to get it cleaned. But in this case, there is no reason it should not have been granted). Overall it's a nice cabin and well equipped, just a few things you need to be aware of.

Amazing views and relaxing stay!

We stayed at this cabin in between our move from Florida to Tennessee. The screened in porch was wonderful to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or dinner in the evening! We had a doe visit with her baby everyday. The hot tub was very clean and wonderful to relax in to watch the mountains. The gaming emulator was fun to use on our rainy night in. Overall, the cabin and area was wonderful and would definitely rent again in the future.

Beautiful location, well equipped and cozy cabin with stunning mountain views

This is a beautiful cabin with exceptional views of the mountains from the living room windows, the porch, all while soaking in the hot tub. The property Is immaculately maintained and very well equipped with really everything you need to barbecue or create meals in the kitchen. We will definitely return.

Great Getaway!

A very relaxing and fun girl’s weekend. We enjoyed relaxing and drinking wine while on the porch swing watching the rain. Love a screened in porch. Enjoyed our visits to shops, restaurants and wineries in Blue Ridge and Elijah.

Incredibly clean and exactly like the pictures!

Wanted to have a mother/daughter and granddaughter get away and do something special since 2020 has been a crazy year! This was absolutely perfect! The cabin was spotless and very organized. Attention to detail and comfortability was exceptional! I would highly recommend!

Amazing!!!

What a beautiful, cozy cabin. Owners thought of everything you could need. Property was clean, beds were comfortable, there were multiple places to sit and take in the Mountain View’s. This cabin is off the beaten path, but that’s exactly why we loved it. We did have a problem with the air conditioning and when calling the property manager, Vacasa to report the problem, we were placed on hold for 2 hours. NOT acceptable to not have better contact information for the property manager. However, I feel this is a poor reflection on Vacasa and NOT on this wonderful property.
