“We came for a quick 3 days trip, and brought our yellow lab with us. This place was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to everything, and it’s clear the owner/manager knows how to accommodate. There are games for family, toy basket for dogs, chargers everywhere for phones, and even a coffee bar. We would definitely stay here again. Much better and cheaper than hotel options around there.”

We were there to move our son into his dorm at The College of Coastal Georgia. This house is in a perfect location to easily and quickly get to the college, downtown Brunswick, St Simons and Jekyll Island. I highly recommend this house! ”

“Listing was true to wording. I love that they sent a video of how to find the condo to make it easier on us. Pool was nice 3ft to 6ft and gym had some decent equipment. I did rent the bikes but wasn't able to use them, felt like the road close was to busy to ride any bikes to get to any stores. But I am from the country so people who are city like would probably be more comfortable with it. Place was clean and smelled good. A/c worked amazing as well Only a few cons master bathroom shower takes...

“Overall everything was great. The ice maker needs to be repaired. Having it work would have been nice. It was an exceptional value! We were pleased. We had to repair a leak on the kitchen sink drain and we also cleaned a couple of spots (we did not make) on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. The arm on one of the living room chairs is also broken. It was hanging off the side of the chair when we arrived.”
