  • Enjoy the island lifestyle of Saint Simons Island with your whole family! Our community boasts GREAT local food, jaw dropping sunsets, outdoor fun, and nature’s beauty. The Beach is a short 5 min bike ride, 15 min walk, or 2-3 min by car.

    PARKING- Each condo has an assigned parking spot. There are 6 guest spaces, as well. These are first come first serve.

    Sleeps 11- 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, and sleeps up to 11 utilizing the 4 memory foam topped queen beds, 1 queen sofa bed in the main living area, and 1 comfy twin rollaway bed.

We loved out stay. Our host was very responsive, even though she was "across the pond" on vacation. We liked the pool as well and the location is great. We hope to stay again in the future.Our only suggestion would be that they add a blender, because my daughter and I are big smoothie drinkers. That said, this place offers a wonderful safe stay and the price to value ratio is fantastic. Thank you.

The location of the condo was perfect for all of our needs. The beds were comfy & we appreciated a stocked kitchen. Madison promptly answered all my questions before our arrival. Given the chance to visit again, we would!

We had a very nice stay overall. The unit was clean, well-kept, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and answered every question quickly, which was greatly appreciated. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for a short stay, and the games near the pool were a fun bonus for the kids.The only concern I would mention is the front glass door. The glass was missing, but the frame was still attached. It made entering and exiting a little awkward and created a bit of a tripping hazard if you weren’t paying close attention. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host’s hospitality.

Best Getaway

This was just the perfect place for me and my family. We came over for the weekend to attend a wedding and we’re so happy with the place. Very conveniently located to all the local restaurants.

Great location at an affordable price

This was the perfect spot for our large family. The condo was cute with great access to a pool and easy walk to the beach. It was also nice to have access to bikes and extra beach items. We would stay here again.

This unit was well equipped, they only thing we needed was food. Spices, kitchen supplies all provided. We just used one bike. Bikes are functional but maybe need a tune up. The beds were super comfortable which was a plus. The bed linens were just right for ac sleeping. The pool was was clean and well maintained. Nice grounds for walking the dog. Our only suggestion is to replace the sofa as it’s pretty much done. We sat on on the oversized throw pillows so not to sink in the sofa. Good location, we explored the whole island. Loved the Village, Fort Frederica, and toured the lighthouse and Home Front WWII museum which is excellent if you are a history buff. Very good value on the island.

Check in and out super easy. Communication with property manager was superb! Location was awesome!! The only suggestion I would have is to pressure wash the patio and front steps at the entrance. Would definitely stay here again!

We spent 8 nights in this cozy unit and it was well outfitted in the kitchen and very conveniently located near the beach and other attractions. We could ride the bikes to East Beach within 5 minutes, or to the Pier/Lighthouse within 10-15 minutes. Very quiet area and nice pool as well. Would stay again!

St Simons family getsway

The property was great. It has all that you need. 8 of us stayed in the house and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool and the family games. Great location and the beach was easy to get to.

Great spot Great location!!

Was ready on time and very clean upon arrival. Great spot close to everything you want to do. Kids loved having the pool with all the games right outside the back door. The bikes were great to have as well for a nice ride around town or to the beach. Overall the stay was great.
