“The beds and pillows were so comfortable! The room was clean and everyone was very nice! Just wish the breakfast was a little later so we could have ate before our day.”

“Rooms are in dire need of updating. Bathroom mold around shower and tub. Electric oulets barely hold devices plugged into them. Room door self closing mechanism not working. Door to balcony in our room was rusted and difficult to open anc close. Elevators and hallways are in need of repair and updating. Don't depend on the pictures of the hotel to depict what you are going to get because they are very misleading.”

“The air worked but the room was dirty and roaches alive and dead. Breakfast was not very good and not much of it No restaurant, bar, pool and had to as for the room to be cleaned and fresh towels. The part of town was safe. ”

“The AC was out and so the room got super hot. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Neighbors were load, drinking and smoking in their rooms and outside. Never again will I use this place.”

“So terrible i didnt even stay - paid for 2 rooms, person who had second room didnt have his drivers license and the desk clerk was so rude and unhelpful. Clerk also told the gentleman who checked in before me that check in was 3 pm but they dont guarantee your room will be ready you have to wait. She said they didnt have any clean sheets or towels so he would have to wait until they finished the room to check in. After hearing that and the horrific attitude i was given we left and booked at the...

“We were greeted by trash thrown all over the stairs that we had to walk around to get to our 2nd floor room. It was mostly empty which was comfortable. Ice machines were all broken so if you stay here, spring for the room with he fridge & microwave. Toilet was crooked & at a weird angle so you couldn’t sit comfortably. I only booked here bec breakfast is listed as an amenity but it was abysmal. There was only bagels & toast for food. The coffee maker had fruit flies all over the drip catcher....

“So the only issue was there wasnt really a chair like a recliner in the room, just a che' lounge, but with a bad back wasnt doable so i just sat on the bed for tv or reading. Other than that, great place and staff.”

“Old outdated rooms breakfast was not stocked when we went down at 9 am. My shower wouldn’t drain properly. The tub was all chipped and rusted.”

“First time ever staying here and the place was really nice. That air conditioner was really good really cold. The staff helped me out a lot and answered all my questions on all I it’s a pretty good place. Definitely coming back again and also keep up the good work guys.”
