This time we had rude employee named Stephanie and she had a bad attitude and made us wait 20 minutes in the lobby, until I called the hotel and told her we were in the front. She charged us $46 with text for two because she said it was early check in. It was 15 minutes before 3pm. “Clean rooms, good breakfast”

“The breakfast was non existent, only made enough for a handful of people. Tiles in the ceiling were missing. Door to laundry room was broke off the hinges. Our bathroom door could not close properly because of the uneven floor. Only one bath towel for a family of four. Stains on the pillows. In room 216, the occupants were locked in there room. I walked by the hotel employees trying to broke off the electric door lock to get them out.”

“The best thing about our small cramped room was the Roku TV. We had an accident and spilled a cup of coffee. I contacted the Bluff's Landing text number to advise we had spilled a cup of coffee. I told them we would need a couple of more bath towels because there were no paper towels to clean up the coffee. We never received any assistance from the property management.
