“Our stay at the University Park Inn & Suites was very pleasant. The rooms are simple and clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Our room was on the ground level, looking out to a nice grassy area with plants and flowers. I will stay here again.”

“This motel6 could need a do over. Bathroom was in very bad shape and AC/fan was very loud. Motel6 allows dogs without a fee and the once we stayed in before were fine, Thevone in Davis CA we would not recommend”

“Spacious room, although some minor repairs/upkeep were needed. Staff was lovely, bed was great. Was surprised to be charged $10 should I want to park in the hotel lot. This was a fiest for me. Plenty of parking on the street, as was my choice.”
