"It looks like it’s in the middle of a renovation. The outside is pretty rough looking, it’s not in a great neighborhood… but then you go into the lobby, and it’s nice… but then you go to the hallway to the rooms and it’s scary with duct tape holding the carpet together… and then you go into the room, ..."
