“This is a tough one to review, honestly. We didn't end up staying. The location was great, the tree house vibe was awesome, my kid loved the porch swing, and it appeared clean/neat inside. But it smelled very musky! We debated about what to do and ended up deciding not to stay. The place is surrounded by cement walls on two sides, so while we didn't see any evidence of mold, it was reasonable to worry there might be. “Property had everything we needed for a stay and plenty of notes to help with our stay. Kitchen and suite area was great to congregate with views of the city. Few downsides were the bedroom and entry way smelt like a nursing home and we wished there were more opportunities to be outside. There were only two functional windows; none in the bedroom to help with the smell. The area also isn’t very good for walking as the streets are windy and tight.”

“Great location - really close to Old Mill Park, DipSea Steps, and Equator Coffee. The large dedicated parking spot makes it super easy for even the largest vehicles to fit. Host was great! Felt really clean, and the gas fire feature in the backyard was a bonus. Nice warm gas fireplace really helped out at night as well. Super quiet area, and has a new full size washer and dryer onsite. Would love to stay here again!!!”

“We had just a short stay but it was very comfortable and relaxing. The space is cozy and the hot tub was great to use. Communication was great, I definitely felt able to reach out if we had any problems. I found the other reviews on here helpful for knowing exactly what the space would be like and grounding expectations.”

“If you want a unique place to stay outfitted with high end sleek amenities, this is the place. This floating condo had a great view towards the bay, including sea planes docked close by and great sunrises. There was never any time where we felt any motion either. The downside is that it is very close to a major highway with traffic noise, but we didn’t let that bother us. Host is very attentive. We’d love the chance to stay here again!”

“The best thing was parking. It was super easy. As long as no other car take up the designated parking spot in front of the grass (which no one did). I rented a car, and I mean, if you're visiting the Bay Area you should rent a car. The main issue I had was that the shower drain was clogged. Other than that, it's a studio and felt like a studio. It was also a bit annoying that there was a sign that you could only use 1 of each of the following at a time: the coffee machine, the microwave, and...
