“The room was exactly as described, spacious, very clean with all of the listed amenities. This is not suitable hotel if you have mobility issues as you need to take stairs up to the 2nd floor in order to catch the lift up to the 4th floor, where one again we needed to take stairs up to the 5th floor. Finding the room initially was a bit of a challenge but we were happy with it once we figured it out and saw the views from all the window. Centrally located walkable area.”

“Well organized apartment with everything you need for cooking and washing. The shower is a religious experience! Brand new and very comfortable on a ped-only street. Restaurants below but noise not an issue. Only drawback is 35 stairs- not great for old knees. Highly recommend!”

“The place was clean, quiet and we felt safe. It was near the central train station and walking distance to Piazza Maggiore. Lots of excellent restaurants around the area. We would definitely recommend this place!”

“The apartment was very clean, the staff was great. The only issue was specifically related to the bathroom where the shower cabin did not stop the water from coming out and we had to clean the whole floor every night and morning.”

However Via Pratello is full of bars for young people and was almost busy every night with loud music and noise in the street but as the property i was given was at the back of the building it did not really affect my sleep. “The location is very central in Bologna with a 15 min walk to the station. Good communication and quick answers to questions. The two bathrooms are very useful with family. There is a washing machine but no dryer. You will need to get the drying rack out of the closet to dry clothes… which worked well once we understood what to do. The location is really excellent.”

“There was a terrible smell in the bathroom. The ceiling had water damage. The bedside light was just an exposed lightbulb. We left after the first night. The smell was so bad we couldn’t stay. The owner did not offer to refund any portion of the stay and instead blamed us for leaving before they could “verify” the issue. Very disappointed. Would give negative stars if possible. ”
