Simple booking, simple check-in, but very confusing information about who will charge and when and how. The confirmation from Hotels.com said I was to pay at hotel in local currently, but at check-out I was told that hotels.com should charge and then I was to receive an invoice per email. I wanted an invoice on the spot, but was denied so. Returned home, I could see the withdrawal from my VISA account, but I have still not received an invoice. Very unprofessional handling by (presumably) hotels.com.
