“I stayed pn a Friday night for a Conference that started at 7:30 am at a neighboring hotel. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 am and I left at 7:15am to find hot coffee and breakfast on my own because the breakfast was not ready. They had always ready and hot coffee in the lobby and it was ice cold in the coffee thermos like it had been there for more than 24 hours. “The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was not aware that rooms were not refreshed everyday, so I asked for every other day, which was provided. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job. The free breakfast was good, although the scrambled eggs were clearly not real eggs. Loved the waffle maker and the variety of choices though. The overall feel of the Inn was dated. They could use a major update to be competitive with other residence facilities. The pool was closed, most likely...

I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. I hope Element recognizes the quality of person that they have in their employ. Element will be my go to from now on.”

“We booked a room with a roll-in shower because my wife has balance issues and can't stand for very long. When we got to the room, it had a tub. Went to the check in desk...Sorry. Do you have a portable shower seat for the tub? No. Sorry. Ended up we were sorry we chose this hotel.”
