“I stayed pn a Friday night for a Conference that started at 7:30 am at a neighboring hotel. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 am and I left at 7:15am to find hot coffee and breakfast on my own because the breakfast was not ready. They had always ready and hot coffee in the lobby and it was ice cold in the coffee thermos like it had been there for more than 24 hours. The room was nice and clean but I was disappointed with the only amenity I tried to take advantage. The pool was posted...

“The best hotel stay we have had. It was very clean. The staff were very helpful. Really loved the full kitchen in our room. Mike was the breakfast chef and went above and beyond. I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. I hope Element recognizes the quality of person that they have in their employ. Element will be my go to from now on.”

“We booked a room with a roll-in shower because my wife has balance issues and can't stand for very long. When we got to the room, it had a tub. Went to the check in desk...Sorry. Do you have a portable shower seat for the tub? No. Sorry. Ended up we were sorry we chose this hotel.”

“The late-night person who checked us in was rude and took a while to check us in (after we called on our way to let them know we would be late). The room was very damp and smelled horrible when we entered. The towels, sheets, and comforter were stained. The Wi-fi didn’t work. The elevator didn’t work when we arrived. Good location. Daytime and early evening staff were nice and helpful.”

“Gabriel was a very accommodating and friendly guy at check in. Our room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom could use some updating.also for the price you pay to stay the breakfast buffet should be included to all people just like most of their competitors.”
