“I checked in and the first room had stains on the couch and smelled. Manager moved me to another room that had more stains on the couch, stain on the bath tub, and hair in the sink. Wouldn’t give me a refund. ”

“Breakfast was great wide variety and very friendly staff. Room was heavily worn and bathtub faucet ran constantly. Hair was in the shower and fridge wasn’t completely cleaned. Lotion bottle in the room was used and empty. ”

“I had a great stay at this hotel overall. Check-in was smooth and pleasant, and the highlight was definitely the room. It was very spacious and exceptionally clean, which made the stay especially comfortable. My only disappointment was the included continental breakfast. When we arrived, there was still at least an hour left before breakfast ended, but the coffee carafe was empty and the food options were very limited. The presentation of the breakfast area also felt like an afterthought.She ”

“The Hotel smelled amazing and made you feel so comfortable. Parking was free and just a few steps away. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly and fully stocked. Loved the bathroom products. “I have never had this happened to me before when I checked in at the front desk and got my keys, I opened the door of my room and there was a lady that was half naked with a towel wrapped around her. It was a very embarrasing situation and I wish that on nobody.”
