“Hotellet är fantastiskt och servicen det bästa jag någonsin upplevt. Från att vi checkade in till att vi checkade ut överträffades våra förväntningar om och om igen. Hotellområdet är fantastiskt vackert och bungalowen magisk.”

“The pictures look much better than the reality. The hotel is old and worn out. The service was the most disappointing thing though. I understand the worn out furnitures etc due to the climate and general state of hotels in the area. But the service was poor. Would barely help with restaurant reservations - and when going down to reception to get help, the man working got annoyed I came down for help. He even told me to talk to the restaurant myself and handed me the phone from reception....

“Clean and well maintained. Pool was very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful although there was some miscommunication. We had accidentally left a document at reception and staff member gave it to another party, assuming that we knew each other simply because of our skin color ! We are from totally different countries and do not speak the same language. Never got our document back.”
