“My husband, sister, nephews (5 and 11) traveled with me to our Grandpas memorial in Eugene. That is a long drive from Seattle so we found this spot for the weekend. There was enough space for all of us. The bathroom was well stocked with clean towels and extra linens in the closet. On Saturday night after we got back the adults sat by the fire pit and shared stories. The back patio morning or night time was very quite which was very much needed. There is a coffee shop and tap house just minutes...

“We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Check in was easy. The apartment was exactly as described, it was easy to find parking on the street, and we found it quite comfortable. If you are planning to do a lot of cooking you might miss some tools, but nothing that we couldn't work around. All in all, we would recommend staying here.”

“We had a wonderful stay in the garden apartment at Irvington House. It is very clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the beautiful backyard several times by having dinner or a glass of wine on the patio. If you get a chance to say hi to Mark (the owner), please do! Not only is he extremely nice and fun to chat with, he is very knowledgeable about Portland and the Irvington neighborhood. Let's just say that our list of "must visit" restaurants is longer now than when we arrived!...

We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, Keurig pods, very comfortable bed and all of the little touches that make you feel at home. The gardens and outdoor spaces are beautiful and lovingly cared for. Bob and Ann take great pride in their home, are attentive to their guests and easy to communicate with.
