“So happy we decided to stay here! It was the perfect fit for our family of five. The room was BIG and had everything we needed. The hotel staff were great. A short walk from our room down to the river. We didn't have time to attend any of the happenings but they had love music nearby and a s'mores kit you could buy and make at the fire pits by the river. So fantastic, we will definitely plan another trip in the future!”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The space itself was tucked away behind the main house and very private. Very homey and had all the amenities we needed for our 1 week stay. Our host, Veronika, was very responsive and gave us tips on local eats. Parking was easy and the location was close to all where we wanted to go. Also there were cute happy chickens in the backyard. ”

“Wonderful to have a quiet retreat to return to at the end of the day. I had the entire little house to myself. Great location for walking, groceries, restaurants yet almost no traffic noise. Price was reasonable for Portland. Everything supplied for preparing simple meals, very clean and well thought out. The bathroom is small, a tight space for showering, but that was fine for me. I would definitely recommend this place.”

“We cancelled because of a snow storm, weather report received said 1 to 2 feet with 50 mph winds. Not safe. Property manager not helpful neither was Expedia in getting partial refund. Very disappointed.”

“The bed was super comfortable and everything was really clean. The bathroom is spacious with a ton of counter space. On the last morning, there was a dog that I believe was the hosts that barked quite a bit that caused interruptions in sleep and continued to bark into the late morning. It set our dog off from the continued barking. ”

“Absolutely fantastic cozy little spot. Beds were so comfortable, slept like a rock. There is lots of little history around items in the house that make it so charming. Close enough to civilization but also just out enough to feel secluded. Wonderful time.”

“Clean, charming, safe, beautiful, convenient and peaceful place to stay! Because there is no laundry I’d say not suitable for more than a week but really lovely for a few days! It’s incredibly convenient to Kerns dining and New Seasons, both of which I very much appreciated. As a single female traveler, I also enjoyed how safe it felt. The decor was lovely and there appears to be a high quality hair dryer available to use as well as nice linens and reliable WiFi.”
