“This was NOT a good stay! The website was down to check in. The lady at the front desk was rude and left me on hold for someone else to assist me. The keys did not work to get in the building. Each time I left out the room to go outside the building, I had to walk around the building. The keys did not work for the entire weekend!!!! “We have stayed at this property many times over the last several years, this was not the best experience we have had. While the front staff was friendly and kind, there were several issues. First we woke up with no hot water and needed to be moved. The new room we were moved too was poorly renovated.
