I was on the highest floor although I requested a lower level and the room seemed a bit different than the lower floors. There was a bit of an odor similar to a nursing home (no offense intended). “A little noisy but otherwise GREAT. There’s a Texas Roadhouse right in front of the hotel so that was convenient. Staff were phenomenal! Right off 1-25. Way better than a regular hotel. Didn’t make it up in time for breakfast but it smelled good. I felt very safe , would return in a heartbeat. Very clean, comfortable bed.”

Since large, had to ask best place to bring in luggage, told just go around back. housekeeping cordial when meeting in hallways. Our door to closet just propped up. Bathroom sink and tub had some a few leftover hairs in them. Room smelled a little smoky but I sprayed lysol in air conditioner and on the curtains to refresh the air and room. Staff nice and courteous. aHad some troubles with the remote which according to the front desk was the wrong one. This particular stay was average...

“Extremely dirty parking lot. The hallway and the elevator of the hotel haven't been swept in days. Windows have not been cleaned. Our toilet wooden flush in our sink stopped up constantly. The room was very humid. The room was clean compared to the rest of the hotel. Check out time is at 11:00. At 8:00 a.m. I had to check out to catch a plane. No one was there to issue me my deposit back. I've tried to call and they won't return my calls and they won't answer the phone. They use a voicemail...

“Booked for 2 nights. Only stayed 1. No refund for the 2nd night, even though Expedia told them to. Foreigners, am I right? Should've got refunded for the entire stay honestly. Entire place is trash.
