“From the pictures I thought this place would be spartan, but the space was very comfortable and cozy. The beds were more comfortable than they appear. It was nice for everyone to have their own space. I was afraid of bugs because I read about them from a past review, but the place was clean and completely bug-free. There was a lot of common space for eating together and playing group games.The location was beautiful!”

“I have stayed here twice in two different rooms and both were very nice, clean and comfortable. Rooms have microwaves and mini-fridges. The location is great also, very close to several nice , affordable restaurants, a gas station and the interstate so you can stay in one place, walk to a restaurant, fill up and get on your way.”

“The property is gorgeous. The views are phenomenal. The place was nice and clean but needs a little maintenance. Several lights were out but there was plenty of lighting so many that some were hard to figure out what switch went to which light. One of the rooms did not have an tv. Overall I would definitely recommend the stay. The resort staff were extremely helpful, professional, and pleasant. The resort has plenty to keep you busy and would love to have been able to stay longer.”

“This condo allowed us to enjoy all the Rumbling Bald activities. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee overlooking the golf course, and our evening wine looking at Bald Mountain lake. We also enjoying the various amenities of the resort - tennis, pickleball, basketball, putt putt and the pools as well as the beach. It was a great stay!”

“We love Rumbling Bald Resort. There is a ton to do there with kids (indoor/outdoor pool, miniature golf, beach). The unit was nice and the description/photos were accurate. The location was easy to get to inside the resort. We did not get starter samples of soap, shampoo, dishwasher tabs, etc even though the description said we would. When I called security to ask for some (the number we were given to call) no one would ever answer the phone (despite multiple attempts). Only other real complaint...
